US (direct orders via mosqitter.com) — 30 days from delivery to request a return; the device must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached and proof of purchase. Contact support@mosqitter.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back. Refunds are issued within 14 business days after the item is received and inspected. Ukraine (via TerraHome, Topiar, or Epicentr) — returns follow Ukrainian consumer protection law: 14 calendar days from delivery, via Nova Poshta, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
