1. Check that the CO2 tank is not empty (pressure gauge should read above 0).
2. Confirm the regulator is properly connected to the cylinder.
3. Check the regulator pressure setting: for the current reducer, the recommended pressure is 4-5 PSI for all modes (Boost, Auto, Eco) — this ensures stable, optimal CO2 flow regardless of mode. The pressure does not adjust automatically; if it needs changing, use the small key supplied with the kit to adjust it manually (there's a cap on the side of the regulator that unscrews to access it).
4. If the tank is not empty but gas still does not flow, or the 'Fill tank' notification reappears shortly after a refill, this can also indicate a software glitch (try restarting the device), a loose connection at the gasket causing a leak, or a tank that wasn't fully filled at the refill station.
