Mosqitter uses mosquito instincts against them. The device imitates a living host by simultaneously emitting:
- CO2 (carbon dioxide)
- Heat
- Light of a special spectrum
- Scent (attractant)
This combination attracts female mosquitoes (the ones that bite) and traps them inside the catch net. By capturing females before they reproduce, the device disrupts the local mosquito population cycle.
Expected results: The device starts working immediately. The first mosquitoes are usually trapped from day one. Noticeable population reduction generally occurs after 3-4 weeks of continuous 24/7 operation, depending on mosquito pressure and environmental conditions.
